Your data

The app works on your phone. Nothing you scan, edit or create is uploaded unless you turn on Cloud AI.

Cloud AI (optional, Pro): The command text (typed, or the on-device transcript of what you said; never audio), the app language, the TV brand and the names of apps installed on the TV. Processed to give you a result, then discarded.

Couchly: my TV is not found

Your phone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network, and guest or isolated networks often block discovery. On iPhone, allow Local Network access for Couchly in Settings. Turning the TV fully on (not standby) also helps.
