Subscriptions and purchases

I paid, but Pro is not unlocked

Open the app's Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. If it still does not work, email us your store order ID (from the receipt email).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store. Pro users can tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings, or:

  • iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that charged you. On iPhone, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page; on Android, request it from your Google Play order history. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Does the free trial renew automatically?

Yes. Weekly plans with a free trial start charging when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The store sends you a receipt for every charge.

Cloud AI

What is Cloud AI?

An optional Pro feature that sends a small amount of content to our server at ai.deskhub.cloud for tasks the on-device AI finds hard. It is off until you agree. The privacy policy lists exactly what each app sends.

How do I turn Cloud AI off?

Open the app's Settings and switch off Cloud AI (Pro). The app keeps working with on-device AI.

It says "daily cloud limit reached"

Each Pro account has a daily Cloud AI allowance. When it runs out, the app uses on-device AI until the limit resets the next day (UTC).

How do I delete my data from your server?

We do not store your content. To delete the usage records linked to your purchase, email us the app name and the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt.

App tips

Tidyshot: some photos are missing from the scan

Give Tidyshot access to your full photo library (iPhone: Settings → Tidyshot → Photos → Full Access). Photos stored only in the cloud may need to download first.

Cutora: the cutout misses hair or fine edges

Use the Refine tab to brush edges back in or out. Pro users with Cloud AI on can also run an HQ cutout.

Pixmend: a scanned print has glare or is cut off

Use soft, even light and tilt the phone slightly so reflections slide off glossy prints. Keep the whole print inside the frame before you restore it.

Foldwise: a scan is blurry or cropped

Place the page on a darker, flat surface with even light, then use the crop handles to adjust the corners before saving.

Tellmark: the transcript has mistakes

Place the phone close to whoever is speaking and away from noise such as fans or traffic. Transcription runs on the device, so clear audio makes the biggest difference.

Couchly: my TV is not found

Your phone and TV must be on the same Wi-Fi network, and guest or isolated networks often block discovery. On iPhone, allow Local Network access for Couchly in Settings. Turning the TV fully on (not standby) also helps.

Kodo: a code will not scan

Move closer, add light, and keep the code flat. You can also scan a code from a photo or screenshot.

Keyvane: I am moving to a new phone

Export an encrypted backup from Keyvane before you switch and keep its password safe, then restore that file on the new phone. Your secrets never leave your device, so without a backup they cannot be recovered; keep each account's recovery codes too.

Cairnly: the GPS accuracy is low

Cairnly shows the GPS accuracy on every stamp. Move into the open, away from tall buildings, and wait a few seconds for it to improve before you take the photo.

Tallyline: the script does not follow my voice

Voice following needs a language that Apple supports for on-device speech recognition. For other languages Tallyline uses timed scrolling at 80 to 240 words per minute.

Volleo: translation does not work offline

Download both languages first; after that, listening and translation work without a connection. Volleo uses machine translation, so confirm important details such as prices and times.

RunBite: where do I get help?

Use MENU → Feedback in the game, or ask in the official RunBite community on Discord. Game questions are answered at runbite.app.

Read our privacy policy and terms of use. Purchases are also subject to the terms of the store you bought from.
